The Kingdom of Heaven and the Kingdom of God

The Proper Manner of Giving for the Poor
Take heed that you do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise you have no reward of your Father which is in heaven. Therefore when you give alms, do not sound a trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say to you, They have their reward. But when you give alms, let not your left hand know what your right hand does: That your alms (giving) may be in secret: and your Father which sees in secret Himself shall reward you openly.

Prayer
When you pray, you shall not be as the hypocrites: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say to you, They have their reward. But you, when you pray, enter into your closet, and when you have shut the door, pray to your Father which is in secret; and your Father which sees in secret shall reward you openly. But when you pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. Be not you therefore like them: for your Father knows what things you have need of, before you ask Him.
After this manner therefore pray: Our Father which are in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done in earth, as in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For Your's is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen. For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: But if you forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. (parallel passage Luke 11:2-4)

Fasting
Moreover when you fast, be not, as the hypocrites, of a sad countenance: for they disfigure their faces, that they may appear to men to fast. Verily I say to you, They have their reward. But you, when you fastest, anoint your head, and wash your face; That you appear not to men to fast, but to your Father which is in secret: and your Father, which sees in secret, shall reward you openly. (parallel passage Matthew 9:14-17)

The True Treasures are in Heaven, Wealth
Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust does corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust does corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. (parallel passage Luke 12:33-34)
The Light of the World
The light of the body is the eye: if therefore your eye be single, your whole body shall be full of light. But if your eye be evil, your whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you be darkness, how great that darkness! (parallel passage Luke 11:34-36, if our perception is not clear our understanding will not be clear and good. All things will remain to us a mystery and veiled from our understanding, because we choose to remain in our own humanist. This God does not want, He wants us all to know and understand all mysteries, that is to say, secrets. In fact this is the work of the Holy Spirit when He has in fullness been restored within us, through our being redeemed. Because in it He given as our earnest or down payment as a promise of the better things yet to come, as seen in 2Corinthians 1:22, 5:5; Ephesians 1:14 and Hebrews 2:1)

Put God's Kingdom First, the Cure for Anxiety
No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon*. Therefore I say to you, Take no thought for your life, what you shall eat, or what you shall drink; nor yet for your body, what you shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much better than they? Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit to his stature? And why take thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: And yet I say to you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Wherefore, if God so clothes the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall I eat? or, What shall I drink? or, How shall I be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added to you. Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient to the day the evil thereof. (parallel passage Luke 12:22-34, 16:13)

Judging Others
Judge not, that you be not judged. For with what judgment you judge, you shall be judged: and with what measure you mete, it shall be measured to you again. And why behold the mote that is in your brother's eye, but consider not the beam that is in your own eye? Or how will you say to your brother, Let me pull out the mote out of your eye; and, behold, a beam in your own eye? You hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of your own eye; and then shall you see clearly to cast out the mote out of your brother's eye. Give not that which is holy to the dogs, neither cast your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you. (parallel passage Luke 6:37-38, 41-42, those with the beam or speck of sand in their eye, signifying blindness such as told us about Israel in Romans 11:25 and Ephesians 4:18 as it applies to us, will turn on you and work the works of evil against you, this is why we need discernment of the hearts true condition.)
