From this I can gather the following; This passage seems to be a break in the representation of the person and dignity of Christ, and the beneficent triumphs of His Gospel over all the powers of Satan's Religion of paganism, disguised as being of the Lord.
He
rides white horse: swift victory over evil as a majestic animal
of power and authority, a
bow which has with it arrows is given signifies; strength, where the arrows are the
doctrines of Truth which pierces and penetrates mans heart separating
the evil therein from the good about to be restored, in His Salvation
works within it. Each person then bows in subjection to Him under His
scepter in the kingdom of God and heaven restored within mans heart.
A
crown is given: royalty given by the Father acknowledging His
regal power and authority in honor of His victory and dignity
He
conquers: pass victories, over Jews, Gentiles, and mans evil
heart and the works of Satan in that heart and flesh
And
continues to conquer: continues with each generation of man to
meet each opposition with the pure ministration of His Gospel of His
revelation through the Cross, resurrection and ascension. This work
is not all done at once, it moves slowly but effectively as a
continuing revelation of Him in each successive generation through
those who become stewards of His message. He does His own work within
those who by choice choose Him thusly allowing Him to rule within and
over them in His own time and in His own way.
In
Revelation 19:11 He is identified as being the Living Word of God,
Who is called True and Faithful for in righteousness does He make war
and then judge the whole earth of mankind.
Picking back up with the course of our current studies.
We are bound to give thanks to God always for you, as it is meet (fit), because that your faith grows exceedingly, and the charity (love) of every one of you all toward each other abounds; So that we ourselves glory in you in the churches (assemblies) of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations that you endure: Which is a manifest token of the righteous judgment of God, that you may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which you also suffer: Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you; And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Christ Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with His mighty angels, in flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not this gospel of our Lord, Christ Jesus: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of His power; When He shall come to be glorified in His saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you is believed) in that day. Therefore also we pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of His calling, and fulfill all the good pleasure of His goodness, and the work of faith with power: That the name of our Lord, Christ Jesus may be glorified in you, and you in Him, according to the Grace of our God and the Lord, Christ Jesus.
Our final referenced texts are found in Paul's letter to the Hebrew believers. Where also we will find and show the warnings that he warns them of, these I will add with our other areas found in the synoptic gospels and Paul's other Epistles. God has always warned man of his crimes and the consequences of those crimes and it is no different here in the New Covenant and the divine kingdom restoration within man's soul, by the re-birthing of His seed or Spirit of God hidden deep within mans soul. This Jesus said was: “that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I say to you, You must be born again.” (found in John's synoptic gospel chapter 3:3-8.) So just what does it require of us to become truly born of the Spirit? The obeying of God's perfect Will, found in John 12:24. But just how is this done or accomplished while we still are alive? For our answer we must learn of Christ, as asked of us all in Matthew 11:29, when it is heard correctly and answered in the affirmative.
