A True an Accurate Meaning of Passover part 12

The period which Israel as a nation was brought to its appointed climax shortly after the darkness of 500 years, when it neither heard a prophet nor saw angels in preparation for and through whom the promised Redeemer of all man-kind was to come. For the reason she did not know the time or season however was because the nation as a people had turned its eyes inward and became just as defiled, evil in nature as the rest of humanity except for the few or the remnant of righteous ones. John the Baptist came in the spirit of Elijah to make way for the Redeemed, the prophet like onto Moses for He like Moses would lead the nation into Redemption and they were to have then brought all man-kind to the knowledge of the Redeemer and of their redemption as well through them. This they did not see because of the spirit of Religion which had turned their eyes inward and the spirit of nationalism working hand in hand to hinder God's plan and purposes.

Genesis 49:10
The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh (the Messiah) come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be.”
Now attached to “until” are the following: Genesis 3:15; Isaiah 9:6, 11:1-5, 62:11; Jeremiah 23:5-6; Ezekiel 21:27; Daniel 9:25; Matthew 1:21, 17:5, 21:9; Luke 1:32-33; John 9:7, 18:31, 19:12, 15. Then we have “the gathering” and we find the attached to it: Psalm 72:8-11; Isaiah 2:2, 11:10, 12-13, 42:1, 3-4, 49:6-7, 22-23, 55:4-5, 60:1, 3-5; Ezekiel 21:27; Haggai 2:7; Zechariah 2:11, 8:20-23; Matthew 25:32; Luke 1:32-33, 2:30-32; John 12:32; Romans 15:12; 2Corinthians 5:10; 6:14-7:1; Hebrews 7:14; Revelation 11:15.

John 7:16-17
Jesus answered them, and said, 'My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me. If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.'”

Matthew 20:22, 23
But Jesus answered and said, 'Ye know not what ye ask. Are ye able to drink of the cup that I shall drink of, and to be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?' They say unto him, "We are able"..... And he saith unto them, 'Ye shall drink indeed of my cup, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with: but to sit on my right hand, and on my left, is not mine to give, but it shall be given to them for whom it is prepared of my Father.'” (related passages Mark 10:32-45; Luke 18:31-34)

Luke 22:41-44
He was withdrawn from them about a stone's cast, and kneeled down, and prayed, Saying, 'Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done'. And there appeared an angel unto him from heaven, strengthening him. And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground.”
What is the cup, of which we're all required to drink the fill there of? It can be but one thing. The same thing which our Lord had on His mind and toward which He had by the Holy Spirit set His course, the cross. And the doing of God's Will which through Him now is being revealed. Being that He could not open the disciples eyes or hearts to what was ahead, He could use only metaphors or parables just as the old prophets had done. So He as a wise master spread the seeds of faith into the hearts of those to whom He spoke through the Holy Spirit. For He was under restraint just as they, the prophets of old were.

Romans 10:4
For Christ is the end (the appointed one or the point aimed at, the end result of, the termination) of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.”
Yes, He introduced man-kind as the Redeemer to righteousness through Love which brings us all to the place of obedience in the True knowledge of Him and our then being willing to lay down all we hold as dear to our hearts as His Love means more to us than our self earthy loved of things does. Even our pride, self-serving will, high mindedness, self-sufficiency, religion of self, nationalism, independence....and a host of others things taught us by the worlds corruptness of reasoning's and vain imaginations is laid on the cross in faith trust Him who is our need and the answer of that which is most needed our Salvation.
