The Kingdom of Heaven and the Kingdom of God

Our Forth Warning
against sinning willfully and falling or drawing back.
Hebrews 10:26-39 For if we sin willfully* after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remains no more sacrifice for sins, but a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: Of how much sorer punishment, suppose you, shall he be thought worthy, who has trodden under foot the Son of God, and has counted the blood of the Covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and has done despite (insult) to the Spirit of Grace? For we know Him that has said, Vengeance belongs to Me, I will recompense, said the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge His people (this is not limited to Israel only, but is of all those of the New Covenant disciples who have received understanding). It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the Living God.
*This is to renounce Christ Jesus as our LORD and His Redemption which brings us to His Salvation we are then judged guilty of the blood of Christ. This is to renouce the profession of our Gosple and its Author. After having received the true knowledge of the Truth so as to be convinced that Jesus is the promised Messiah, and that He had sprinkled our hearts from an evil conscience; for such there remaines no sacrifice for sins; for as the Jewish sacrifices are abolished, as appears by the declaration of God Himself in the fortieth Psalm, and Jesus being now the only sacrifice which God will accept, those who reject Him have none other; therefore their case must be utterly without remedy.

Here we have the great danger of sinning willfully revealed.

But call to remembrance the former days, in which, after they were illuminated, they endured a great fight of afflictions; Partly, while they were made a gazing-stock both by reproaches and afflictions; and partly, while they became companions of them that were so used. For you had compassion of me in my bonds, and took joyfully the spoiling of your goods, knowing in yourselves that you have in heaven a better and an enduring substance. Cast not away therefore your confidence, which has great recompense of reward.

We are exhorted to boldness and patience.

For you have need of patience, that, after you have done the Will of God,* you might receive the promise. For yet a little while, and He that shall come will come, and will not tarry. Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. For we are not of them who draw back to perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul (our Salvation in Christ is the healing of Isaiah 53:5, 10; Acts 28:27 and 1Peter 2:24). (Hebrews 10:26-39) *To our patiently suffering in faith for our trust and great devotion to His Faithfulness. The Will of God regards suffering, as well as doing; for to that the saints are called, to which patience is necessary.

We have been exhorted to believe and not draw back.

From here I will turn to the Epistles
written by Paul's own hand where we find more warnings.
1Corinthians 4:5-7, 8-13, 14-20 Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest (known) the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God. These things, I have in a figure transferred to myself and Apollos for your sakes; that you might learn in us not to think above that which is written, that no one of you be puffed up for one against another. For who makes you to differ from another? and what have you that you did not receive? now if you did receive it (Him), why do you glory, as if you had not received it (Him)?

Now you are full, now you are rich, you have reigned as kings without us: and I would to God that you did reign, that we also might reign with you. For I think that God has set forth us the apostles last, as it were appointed to death: for we are made a spectacle to the world, and to angels, and to men. We are fools for Christ's sake, but you are wise in Christ; we are weak, but you are strong; you are honorable, but we are despised. Even to this present hour we both hunger, and thirst, and are naked, and are buffeted, and have no certain dwelling place; And labor, working with our own hands: being reviled, we bless; being persecuted, we suffer it: Being defamed, we entreat: we are made as the filth of the world, and are the off scoring of all things to this day.

I write not these things to shame you, but as my beloved sons I warn you. For though you have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet have you not many fathers: for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through His Gospel. Wherefore I beseech you, be followers of me as I am of Christ, the Father of us all. (Here revealed part of the meaning of the word or title of LORD) For this cause have I sent to you Timotheus, who is my beloved son, and faithful in the Lord, who shall bring you into remembrance of my ways which be in Christ, as I teach every where in every church. Now some are puffed up, as though I would not come to you. But I will come to you shortly, if the Lord will, and will know, not the speech of them which are puffed up, but the power. For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power. (The mighty energy of the Holy Spirit; enlightening, quickening, converting, and sanctifying believers; and all his genuine apostles are enabled, on all necessary occasions, to demonstrate the truth of their calling.) What will you be? shall I come to you with a rod, or in love, and in the spirit of meekness?
